Fertility Awareness Classes

An informative and creative presentation of our reproductive process, cycles, and the rhythms of our fertility. This class is designed to educate, support or avoid conception.  Through my trainings as a homebirth midwife, registered nurse, and herbalist this workshop offers an understandable, realistic and supportive platform to deeply understand how your body works and the cycle of your fertility- included are discussions of: hormones, signs of fertility, Fertility Awareness Method, menstrual awareness, charting cycles, safe herbs for support, abdominal massage, moxibustion, and self-care.  Separately or in conjunction I offer a module that teaches you how to do you own exam and visualize your cervix.  More information email here.

Holistic CPR and First Aid 

 designed to meet your family's needs.You can take CPR just about any place- this Holistic CPR and First Aid course is  an amalgamation of my  Firefighter/RN/American Heart Instructor and Herbalist skill sets.  Tailored and flexible to your level of interest, individually designed to meet your family's needs. With mannequins and enriched course material we come to your location choice with the participants you invite,  for a truly personal educational experience.  The class is designed to empower parents and caretakers to prevent, assess and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies for children up to 12 years old. Participants will receive individualized instruction and will practice skills with infant and child mannequins.  Skills are modified to accommodate pregnant women, or other needs.
